ARRIVAL: Please arrive 15 minutes prior your appointment to allow yourself time to park, check-in, and enjoy refreshments at a leisurely pace. Unfortunately we cannot make up lost time for late arrivals since doing so would affect the guest after you.
We must charge late arrivals in full.
CANCEL/RESCHEDULE: Please provide at least 48hours notice for canceling and rescheduling appointments. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will result in a forfeit of one treatment. We try out best to avoid this situation by confirming all appointments the day before.
CELL PHONE: For the courtesy of others, please turn off your cell phones.
CHILDREN: For Safety reasons and in order to achieve highest level of service that we promise our clients, we request that all guests be a minimum age of 12, and any guest under the age of 18 be accompanied by an adult. We appreciate your understanding.
PAYMENT METHODS: We accept US currency, Visa and Master Card. Personal checks are accepted with proper ID. Returned checks are charged a fee of $25.00 |
